2. CN will twist whatever analysis they actually did (if any) to conclude there was high likelihood of fraud, that they were not allowed to look at X, Y, Z, and that ongoing review is needed to verify.

4. Nothing that resembles anything of substance or adequate process will be presented in the end

Oh and I also predict as soon as this hearing is over lawsuits will be filed to make the CN prove the sham audit which they can't do. The CN will call it a witch hunt and in anticipation, they will simply ask the mouth breathers to pay up for the defense, which they will happily do.
