1) Not all faults are created equal. JUST like Trump's dishonesty doesn't equal the average politician's. Trump just got done showing an A+ fault, trying to steal an election. Following his A/A+ fault of not giving a s*** if hundreds of thousands of Americans unnecessarily died during a pandemic (and FACILITATING it in some ways). Following....a REALLY long list.
So, when your average politician comes along and, inevitably, gets some things wrong and has some positions you don't like WHILE the other party is still led by the King of Faults.....geez, surprise, surprise, those who rightfully despise that King won't be terribly interested in discussing the new guy's MUCH lower level faults. Don't act fake surprised about this.
2) Even more important - and stated in the reply above - is with WHOM one is having these discussions? When it's with folks who have no problem with the A and A+ level faults, well, they have absolutely no credibility whatsoever, and no one wants to talk about lower level faults with them. No one wants to sit around with neighbor A complaining about neighbor B's messy yard when neighbor A is known to be fine with murder. It's EXTREMELY simple.
So, don't assume that folks can't see Biden's faults - or that folks who can don't talk about them amongst themselves. They just don't want to talk about them WITH YOU.

Trump and members of the trump cult (like Iggy) are not good for our country, however they do benefit the democratic party. Trump is extremely popular in the republican party due to crazy cult members like Iggy. But Trumpism is killing the party and dooming it to failure.
Biden's popularity has taken a huge hit, but he can be saved by Trumps continued influence due to his loyal cult members. It turns out Iggy and those like him are a gift to Biden. They make Biden look sane, competent and safe.
