Rojo,
Accusations aside, just looking at what he said in his sworn testimony yesterday...
1) He LIED about the meaning of "devils's triangle". A simple Google search shows that. Most common definition is a threesome with two men and one woman, but another was putting your member in all three of a woman's holes. No where was it described as a drinking game.
2) Boof - while there IS a definition out there that refers to farting, the main one is taking alcohol or drugs anally to get a quicker (and cheaper because it doesn't take as much) high. The question in his yearbook was "did you boof yet?" So, that was about farting? BS. Another lie.
3) Renate alumnius? Give me a break on that. This was about real or fake conquest...probably fake, but no way was that a friendly thing toward her. Another lie.
4) Two of his Yale classmates have come forward since his testimony to talk about his drinking in college. They say he WAS a "sloppy drunk" and that he often drank to excess and that his portrayal of his drinking at the hearing was not at all like he said. So, another lie.
So, basically, he committed perjury. We just can't have a person sitting on the Supreme Court who does that. You are right to be bothered.
I posted a while back that they should file charges in Maryland if they wanted an investigation. I was incorrect in that statement. In 1982, the statute of limitations for filing a charge for attempted rape was 1 year. There is no legal basis for the FBI to perform an investigation into this alleged assault from 35 plus years ago. This whole process is a joke.
The issue with the July 1st reference is there are two other individuals listed.
I don't even think it's worthwhile arguing the particulars of this "case" on here. Right now, what it's about is whether or not Kavanaugh belongs on the Supreme Court. Now that some time has passed since Thursday, based on what you saw of him and learned on him (and yes, that includes his temperament), can you really say that you believe he should be on the Court for decades to come? I surely cannot.

Here is my take on things. I think all parties are mostly telling the truth as they see it 35 plus years removed from the incident. I think there may have been a party. I think she may have been tackled and while holding her down they may have pulled on her clothes and brushed her breasts. And I think Mark Judge jumped on top and farted on everyone. I think they laughed because it was intended as a crude joke performed by a couple of high school kids from an all boys school that were socially awkward. I think the 4 people have no recollection of events because it was a relatively forgettable night (had there been screaming, yelling and fighting, people would have remembered). I don't think Ford screamed after being free because by her own admission she was not sure what had just happened. I think her recollection of events this far removed from the event has been affected by external influences and environmental factors over the years (and yes even political biases of her and her beach friends). I do not for a second think this was a rape attempt because two strong young men intent on rape against a slight young woman would not have been a rape attempt, it would have been a rape. I think her fears of enclosed spaces were made up to create delays in the investigation / nomination process. I am certain the democrats held the information and intentionally leaked the information because they were desperate and didn't care if they created a wave of human carnage for Ford, Kavanaugh and all those associated with them (they view it as collateral damage). I think her testimony has been coached for quite some time to appear as believable as possible and I am certain the public forum was chosen in order to make certain she was treated with kid gloves and not rigorously cross examined. I don't believe that a minor groping another minor should preclude an individual from serving on the supreme court, just as I do not believe that Senator Cory Booker should not be precluded from serving on the senate for groping another minor when he was 15 (by his own admission). I think Kavanaugh's impressive career should be the focus, not some juvenile indiscretion that all involved parties have vague recollections of.
I think it was a drunken party gone sideways. I don’t think it was an attempted rape. I think it was an unintentional sexual assault with all parties under the affect of mass quantities of alcohol.

You are stetching to the absurd. Gosh you are so wanting the worst to be true.
This whole thing is one of the largest political shams that has ever existed. Come on people, use your brains. It is easy to see that Dr. Ford is in on this and how she has ties to the left. She literally has nothing, no evidence, no testimony that supports her stories, no corroboration, NOTHING!!!
All she has is her words and feelings and people turn around and use that like its a smoking gun. What has happened to people? What is going on? Her story has tons of holes and many many things that shes said in the past don't line up or were flat out lies.
This is a political issue 100%, everyone who aligns with the left sides with her and everyone that has a brain and uses logic knows this is a scam for delaying the vote only.

The attempted appointed of Kavanaugh is one of the largest political shams that has ever existed.
do you care at all that Kavanaugh perjured himself in his testimony?
YES! Thank you for proving my point.
You couldn't give 2 shits about the woman accuser, only that she stops a guy you dont agree with from being confirmed to the supreme court.
Good day.

Yes. Regardless of the accusations, Kavanaugh is unfit to be on the Supreme Court. He will go into "rage" mode when speaking to the Democrat appointed justices, especially the women.
Then there is that matter of $200,000 in debt Kavanaugh had that disappeared, and the purchase of a million dollar plus home.
And the matter of his gambling obsession.

I would like to how how a sexual assault could possibly be unintentional? Please explain

What I want to know is WTF were these kids' parents? Party here, party there, sex here, assaults there. And not a single parent walked in during one of these outrageous parties and put an end to this sh*$? If Kavanaugh's parents are alive today, they should be ashamed of their parenting.
In the Hamptons, vacationing in Europe, on a resort in the Carribean...it's what rich parents who send their kids to these elite private schools do.
Never spent any time in that kind of world myself, but know plenty of people who grew up in this kind of elite lifestyle.
Those who are so certain Kavanaugh did this, did you vote for Hillary, a woman who had a hand in covering up her own husband’s rape accusations?
Those who question his character or temperament, maybe it would be better for you to hear it from a far left feminist pro choice judge:

Well, Kavanaugh did invoke the "but, Hillary" defense at the very start of his unhinged diatribe.

By my scorecard, the D's have had considerably more sex scandals in my lifetime than have the R's.
Really? Dude, I appreciate the show (and it was just a show) of being objective, but....you left out literally SCORES and SCORES of "sex scandals" from both sides, particularly ones on the right. Your "scorecard".....is a joke.
Here is a refresher-
From the right:
https://www.ranker.com/list/republican-sex-scandals/web-infoguyHere are some recent ones, from both parties, but several from the R side-
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2018/04/28/nine-members-of-congress-have-lost-their-job-over-sex-in-six-months/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.aedac352b056A fairly comprehensive list of sex scandals from both parties:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_federal_political_sex_scandals_in_the_United_StatesIn the earlier years, I do see more "D" scandals. However...
since the 1980's, out of the 60 scandals I count on the list, 39 are from the "R" side. Read that again: in recent history, 65% of the "federal political sex scandals in the United States" are from the Republican side.
Care to update your scorecard?? Or, lemme guess, you will resort to Trump post-truth era standards and not admit you were wrong/very misleading with your un-researched claims.

Herein lies one of the biggest problems continuing to plague America: inadequate oversight of kids. Get a handle on your kids, idiot parents. Make it your job to know what they're doing, who they're hanging out with and take a little pride in raising a child of good moral character.
I went to countless high school parties in the 70's and parents were never home. Many of the kids would have only a few beers and most of them went on to have good moral character. Parents can't control how someone reacts to alcohol.
