This is beyond unconstitutional. The line is drawn with 2 America’s and you can blame the Democrats, Liberals, Trump haters with that disease, Biden and, of course, the good Dr. Fauci. They have officially moved to exert their personal choice into a forced demand on other Americans. The evidence is not even on their side, that’s sad, giving up a fundamental understanding of what it means to be an American even sadder and attacking our children criminal.

By the way, (and for the record) - I think that Biden's mandate today that companies with over 100 employees must mandate vaccinations or weekly testing (as I understand it) is beyond belief stup!d and probably unconstitutional.

Of course it is unconstitutional. In Roe V. Wade the Supreme Court cited the "right to privacy" of the Due Process Clause in the 14th Amendment which allowed women to determine whether to get an abortion. It was the right of women to choose. The Supreme Court relies on the US Constitution and precedent in deciding their decisions. How could the Supreme Court now say that that right to privacy does not apply to other Americans. It is absurd.
