I don't have to time right now to search deeply (or think deeply). But data that shows higher hospital death rates during surges would imply that access to ventilation does not correlate with higher death rates... in fact its the opposite. I agree it is not the controls of the study but it's an observation barrier your hypothesis would have to overcome. Happy to see your data.

What’s the significance of an attorney trying to get a gotcha moment there about something doctors told us about right when they came out? There may have been a ton of confusion in public messaging, but it’s not like this is some unknowndeep secret.

Funny story: Working as an Uber driver in 2021 I had midget customers in my back seats and had to be seen in public wearing a face diaper as if I were masked up driving solo. My one anti vax friend and roommate was coming off his Arby’s shift, saw me, got confused and angry with me just for driving with a mask on. He said something back then about Nuremberg 2.0 trials goin on, metal chip tracking and guys there being found guilty of treason. I begged him to please understand: if I didn't put this used face diaper on vehicle console & with salty vomit smelling saliva on my mug, I would have been reported to Uber and possibly discontinued as a driver!
