Here's the primary truth that came out during Thurs hearing: Brett Kavanaugh is a mean drunk, even while sober.
People need to stop arguing what they feel and instead look at what we know specifically about the incident. This is how a court would approach it.
Here is what we know for certain to be true that would looked at in a court of law:
- Ford says Kavanaugh did it
- Kavanaugh says he didn't do it
- Ford doesn't remember details surrounding the assault including how she got there, where it was, or how she left
- The 4 people who Ford says were there have statements under oath that say that they don't know what she is talking about
- The therapist that Ford says she told doesn't mention Kavanaugh's name in her notes about it (I'm not sure if these notes have been submitted or not, if not then this one should be removed)
- Kavanaugh's calendar makes no mention of being with Ford

That is not Ford's testimony. She said that there was at least one other boy there and "I can’t guarantee that there weren’t a few other people there... but they are not in my purview of my memory.” Mitchell did not ask Ford specifically about Squi's attendance at the party.
But the broader point is that we have evidence of BK being at a party in the right timeframe with many of the right people. Is it a smoking gun? Of course not. But we shouldn't pretend that it is not fairly strong circumstantial evidence.

You are not paying attention. Ford said BK and Judge arrived at another home AFTER drinking someplace else.
You will need to proved "Squi" dated Ford BEFORE the incident. Meaning while she was still a 14-15 year old HS freshman. Has that been provided?

What I want to know is WTF were these kids' parents? Party here, party there, sex here, assaults there. And not a single parent walked in during one of these outrageous parties and put an end to this sh*$? If Kavanaugh's parents are alive today, they should be ashamed of their parenting.
Herein lies one of the biggest problems continuing to plague America: inadequate oversight of kids. Get a handle on your kids, idiot parents. Make it your job to know what they're doing, who they're hanging out with and take a little pride in raising a child of good moral character.

The problem is Kavanaugh created an alter-boy image of himself. He stuck with it. Everything else follows. He has been outed by HS and college classmates as not being truthful about the Kavanaugh they knew. Kavanaugh would have been better off being truthful about it. He failed that critical test.
