Not OP but they do come to my store sometimes.

Brooks Ghost no contest.
Adrenaline, actually. Ghost was hot in mid-July/August when it dropped. Now the GTS has taken the reign with it's new update.

What makes you think running store employees, often high school and college kids, know enough about running biomechanics to watch someone run for a minute on a treadmill and give advice based on that?
I'm not the OP, but I worked at a running store for 4 years at which we analyzed biomechanics using a treadmill. We also had a lot of college students working at our stores.
Essentially all that the person is doing is looking for whether the runner on the treadmill is overpronating or not. It honestly does not take too much training to see those things in 10-15 seconds on a treadmill. It's not exactly rocket surgery, so the age of the associate doesn't really matter in this case.
They aren't claiming to be on the level of a USATF coach or a PT, but it is enough information to know whether the runner needs a Brooks Ghost or a Brooks Adrenaline.
Actually, it's not, because the entire notion of "needing" stability shoes is BS
And I worked at a running store too, running store employees by and large have little to no understanding of biomechanics. They're great at repeating what the shoe reps tell them and selling the lie that running shoe stores will get you a "specific fit"

Who? Give some names!
Can you tell us how does a shop function, I mean behind the scene. I know that there are a lot of people who work at such shops. So give us some details about your experience in this sphere, please. I'm thinking of working in this domain also. By the way, have you ever heard about the Shopify store? One of my friends started his own shop but he doesn't have much experience in that to give me the hole details. He shared this site with me https://salesfunnelsexpert.com/ and told me that you will find the answers there. Maybe I'm an old school person but I like hearing from real examples. So if you can help me with some tips that will be great.
Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

Maybe.
