I have reason to believe (after watching the team ingebrigtsen videos and following them on social media) that their training has changed a lot from that time. Jakob is probably this good because Gjert can apply everything he learned with Henrik and Filip without making the same mistakes (e.g. trying to go to college in the U.S..)

I agree some more in-depth would be awesome. But I highly doubt that we are going to see anything secret.. Altitude, controlled workouts, staying healthy plus talent.

This could be the most BLATANT example of cheating outside of Ben Johnson. EPO seems to be the most obvious PED at work here.

Maybe the Ingebrigtsen's are successful due to not being compartmentalized into age group/grade related sports as it is in America. Very rare a young talent in their teens is even aware of college/pro running training, and their potential is brought down by all the underachievers on their middle school/high school teams as well as bad coaching. Obviously a few American exceptions such as Webb/Rupp/Centro etc.

Double treshold workouts twice a week, one long and one short interval workout on those days.

One day with 20x200m uphill. Not sure the percentage or rest.
