You wrote your statement as if it was an absolute fact. You COULD have written that "in your opinion" or that "in the opinion of many legal experts" trump's ban was unconstitutional, but you didn't write that, and so I simply pointed out that QUITE A FEW EXPERTS disagree with your statement. And they do. Some of the biggest names in constitutional law, including some conservative experts.

Next time do your homework before spouting off about something that lots of people smarter than you think you are wrong about. OR......simply say that many experts think that Trump's ban could be constitutional, and I would not have responded in the first place. But in this back forth, I was right, you were wrong.

Trump's "problem" is that he can't help calling out b.s. when he sees it and trotting out Khizr Khan was b.s. to the nth degree. First of all his son's life was "sacrificed" against other muslims in the most unnecessary war our country has ever launched which had NOTHING to do with your freedom or my freedom. Secondly, the family lets the son's death be politicized in the most craven way by the TRUE black souls in this campaign--the Clinton re-election machine. This father's son was killed by the radical Islam.

And yet he attacks Trump, the only one who promises to destroy radical Islam.

Read the Washington Post. The character assissination began this morning, BUT so did the counter-attack. Khizr Khan has been on Meet The Press and CNN, he has called on Paul Ryan and Mich McConnell to repudiate Trump, and the mother of their son wrote this Op-ed in the Washington Post:
