The toe box in my Cliftons is weird so I always get blisters between my toes. The shoe pushes the toes together. Very irritating! I have had different pairs in the past and never had this issue.
This was literally me last night. I got about 4 miles into a run having only worn them once before and could feel blisters between my toes. They really are a terrible shoe, they don't feel as 'squishy' or protective as people make out, my knees were sore after too. Tempted to throw them in the bin. Horrible, horrible shoe, going back to Pegasus.

I couldn't run more than 1 mile without extreme shin pain from past stress fractures. I bought some bondis and now I'm running 25 miles a week. Hoka got me back in the game and now I'm competitive again and racing. My first pair also gave me blisters the next pair I order I chose the wide option and now i don't get blisters. Use your brain dude if you have wider feet then get a wider fit....
I have the Clifton 8s. There's just something about them that I don't like, it's a feeling that my foot is being squeezed together awkwardly. I even bought the wide version and I don't have particularly wide feet.

Why don't you just go and buy a pair of Topo then?
