Sure the winner is from Uganda, but he trains all the time in Eldoret with Some and the other Kenyans.
First Kenyan in 9th place after sweeping in Daegu. Kenyan's didn;t send their best to Moscow. Good decision. Moscow WC's are a bust with bad scheduling, poor crowds, and lack of headline rivalries.
