It is very clear his own NIKE TEAM LA team turned Christian into USADA. The Aggies guys in question, the ones he trained and hung out with, had nothing to do with it.

Also, suck it Hesch. That's the shittiest apology and was obviously forced out of you. Justifying using EPO because it was for recovery is firstly a lie and secondly not justifiable. It helped you train better and I would love it if you had a life time ban.

Interesting. Count me among the many who are owed PM by Hesch. I think it is on the order of $1k-1500 for the one race that I can recall where he beat me.

Very bold move by his teammate. It takes huge stones to first confront the individual and give them the opportunity to confess and then call them on it when they don't. I would give this individual the prize money if I could somehow ever get it back!

What is most bothersome to me is HOW he got caught. It wasn't good old fashioned drug testing that got him, no, it was one of his teammates searching through his stuff.

This just shows what an utter disgrace drug testing is on the U.S. road racing circuit.

This person on NIKE TEAM LA is a good friend who told me about it right when this came up in June. They were appropriately offended and long story short they did a great thing in a tough, tricky situation. I told them to take it to the club and decide what to do. The members of that club were stand-up about handling it for sure.This person just wants to be left alone, that is reward/props enough. I'll start. "Ya did good!"

Go for it. Drag his ass to court, you'll win. Or rather, send him a letter demanding your prize money. I'm sure a lawyer posting here on letsrun will help you out with it. If he doesn't respond he'll go to court and lose, thereby having to pay your legal fees, etc. so if he's smart (we know he isn't, but maybe someone smart will advise him) he'll pay up.

There is something deeply wrong with this person. For a few years we lived in the same area and I saw him often, and he is obviously a sleaze from a 2 minute conversation.

A name dropper, super self-impressed, and just generally gives you a slimy feeling. Nobody ever wanted to get caught talking to him. I'm not surprised he's a doper, and I wouldn't have been surprised if i'd heard he did something much worse.

Not really. You could say that if he were clearing large amounts at major US road races. But if you're offering $1000 for first place, does it make sense to pay for drug testing? I'd love for drug testing to be present at every race with any prize money, but it doesn't make financial sense for a lot of races.

I only heard of you as the tool that did the pushups, so there's no respect to win back. I have to say, you're pretty far up the totem pole of losers. You cheat (repeatedly and systematically) to win local races, and screw some hard-working local elite out of the glory and small reward of winning, then you pretend to be coming forward voluntarily. The fact that you then pretend that "earning respect" means anything to you is just the kicker. You're a first-class a**hole, and a prime example of why lifetime bans should be in place.
