I went out with a girl for 9 years. After we split up a letter got sent to my house confirming she had officially changed her name by deed poll. I had no idea that her real name the entire time had been... Griselda.

One thing I think is weird is how boys names can become girl names (Sydney, Ashley, "Sam" for Samantha, etc.) but girl names never become boy names. I mean, when was the last time you met a guy named Sarah or Karen?
