If you are on a government health plan it will only pay for braces if it's medically necessary i.e. your teeth are so bad you cant eat. They wont pay because of appearence.

I don't understand how anyone can be a fan of the sport while s***ting all over it. I'm talking about 98% of the d-bags in this thread. My understanding is that blood samples are saved for each athlete, allowing for them to be tested in years to come as new techniques are introduced. So chances are extremely high that cheaters will be caught eventually.
There's not much incentive to cheat with such a high risk of shame and humiliation. I do not believe for a second Jeter is on anything. Innocent until proven guilty.

I guess that people interested in the sprints get angered about people like Jeter... There has been many examples of women in their late 20s improving drastically, then being caught.... Again there is a possibility that Jeter is clean and it's because of common sense and these other drugged up "late bloomers" that we don't feel comfortable about her.

Further, in London they're conducting urine tests. The IAAF doesnt really care about cheating and never really has. Bottom line is this: the bottom line, whatever brings in the cash.
