Historically for the Long Beach Poly women the national records speak for themselves:
4x100 44.5
4x200 1:33.87
4x400 3:35.49
Heptathlon 5533 (Shana Woods)
Looking at the all-time lists they are everywhere. They are currently working on their 4th CONSECUTIVE state title (which I believe would be CA record.
Interestingly, there has been a surge in their middle distance running in the last couple of years.
What school in California (or the nation) could beat the Long Beach Poly women in a dual meet THIS year?

Wayzata presently. Stillwater is not the best right now. Their era was in the mid 90's till bout 2005 or a couple more. Heck Scott even wasnted out for the Gustavus job. Done. Over.
Could make a case for either.. but the GOAT? Stillwater followed by Duluth East and then Wayzata

Champlain Valley boys' team is far greater than Mt. Mansfield. In recent years, St.Johnsbury has been very dominant, but for the entire history of the program, CVU has been a top 3 program in the state
