Hello! I see that this thread is resurrected. I don't have files with me today but I think on Wednesday I will be able to have them. Everybody post your email here and I will be able to send them out on Wednesday also. Also, whoever gets them at that time must share them with other people on this thread after Wednesday. I am not always at the internet.

Saif Saaeed Shaheen ran a great season!

He missed Doha and Hengelo/Eugene/Oslo/New York because of an injury. He started later in the season...

Athens 3000m SC 7:56 1st easy win

Rome 5000m 12:51 2nd right behind Kenenisa Bekele, above Isaac Songok

Zurich 3000m SC 7:56 1st easy win

Brussels 3000m SC 8:04 1st easy win

Berlin 1500m 3:33 2nd 1 second behind Augustine Choge

World Cup 5000m 13:35 1st easy win over Mike Kigen and Matt Tegenkamp

World Cup 3000m SC 8:19 1st win over Paul Koech

His season is finished, it was a great year for him, which is standard right now. Next year he hopes to double in 3000m SC and 5000m at the World Championships. I'd like to see him try again for a fast 3000m and 1500m races.
