Guess I should stop following bumbling old fools who lead me into those woods. ;) My interest is indeed the same, my only intent above was to place the measurement shift in its proper context, as essentially a non-factor. It appears that we agree that nothing can be done in that regard, so it makes sense to drop it and move on.
I think a lot of the leadership, especially in the NGB, remains clueless.
