Thanks and a nice night!

A WSU guy told me that Rono did 100 sit ups, 50 push ups, then stretched before bed every night in college. Hardly any 'big secret', lots of guys do that stuff, but another example of his dedication.
Speaking of sit ups, I saw a short film in the 1970's that showed Salazer hanging off a massage table with just his lower legs up on top, presumably in a strap or someone holding them down.
He was hanging down off the table from the backs of his knees on down, and from there he was curling back up and down doing sit ups while holding what looked like a 25 pound plate!
I was just incredulous seeing him do those, and wonder if anyone else saw that film or happened to see him doing those sit ups that way.
yeah, there was alot of that 'super sit up stuff' going around in the 70's and 80's. Very tricky, however as that kind of stuff can cause serious lower back strain if not careful. remember the gravity boots where one would hang off of a pull up bar like a bat?
Yup, I know from personal experience. BE CAREFUL.
The 43 day of training phase II morning run at 5:38 AM 38mwr+82mhc+12mwd=132 minutes in preparation of evening trails at UNM 6pm.
I'm heading down there now at 4Pm.
see you
Henry
Good luck Henry!
Rocky also did this in the training sequence in Rocky IV. It worked there too, as he took down the might Ivan Drago.

I think the Dr.Exag has a great predicting time.I think I went out hard trying to follow a forty-three year-old guy,who took me with 77 seconds I was in the third place with 82 seconds and my ears were blocked. I couldn't hear any-more,The last I heard was the last lap of 4:51 minutes I had 300 meters to go, I dragged my feet so hard and finally I finish with 6:04.58 official time.
That was it, my body still under-heavy work-out of speed work of this last week.
Dr.Exag is close to his predicting time of 5:57.I was off when I say I will run under six minutes.I think me and the Dr.Exag are getting closest the predicting time.
Thanks
Henry
Super congrats. Sub 6:00 coming.
Very nice progress Henry! Now that you're fit enough to really train, I think the time will keep coming down, a great first outing!

GOOD JOB HENRY!
(1st lap in 88's next time)
To Forgs sucks,
I'm 54 year-old guy and I try to keep-up with forty-three-year-old guy from Colorado,who visited New Mexico this week-end.
I had some-one,who was taking photos for me while I was warming up and getting ready for this 1500m trials.I ran with 200lbs today. The weight still standing right there, perhaps 202lbs and goes to 197lbs and back-up in the last six weeks. The body appearances is changing in comparison to what I weigh.
Now I know my starting point, those intervals will change next week because I have another master to do speed work of 200mx8 and tha will improve my speed and sweat alot to drive away some weight off of me.The problem is the recovery part of it is harder to do the next work, but I feel great unlike some weeks ago when I was dragging my feet on the ground. The old-ladies grandies were passing me by.
I appreciate my progress and with your is even greater chatting with you online.
I'm better then before. It takes a while to promote the young body-from the old-man to keep-up with the young mind.
What do you think?
