World Champs - Day 3

Any thoughts on this course? Tokyo itself looks surprisingly bland from what they're showing. Usually when I watch marathons, the city views make me want to visit immediately, but the scenery here seems pretty underwhelming. Is this representative of the actual course, or does Tokyo just not translate well on camera?

Peacock is braindead. They have a feed for the marathon and a feed for the rest of the events and they are showing the same thing on each and cutting back and forth. What manner of retardation is this?

(big Clayton Young fan too and wondering how the last 30ish min is gonna shape up in this heat...maybe it'll string out in a few km...got chills remembering when Molly Seidel threw down at Oly 2021 in tough conditions)
