Now all that said, rojo, I personally agree that at this point, with the state of sports science (decades old blood doping, going back pre-Coe to the Lassie Viren days) and pharmaceuticals and their access, the sport is kind of clownish, like World Wide Wrestling.

I guess what gets me a bit the hypocrisy in targeting certain athletes, even though I too have favorites over others.

Reading is fundamental. That decision solely held that no responsible person at the university was aware of the Title VII violations. The decision never said the allegations never happened and did not go into detail about them, holding that just that based on the pleadings the claim against the university could not be maintained. Given the things NJ already admitted to was jailed for, and what police investigations revealed, spare us the fake indignation.
