oh come off it folks. this isn't about the sexual nature of the content. you're just fine with the dallas cowboy cheerleaders jiggling around on tv every other weekend all fall, wearing not much. i doubt you call the FCC up in arms like a church lady over that.

i mean, along those lines, folks in my 95% white/GOP childhood suburb didn't freak out about us being shown the 60s era underaged naked romeo and juliet -- it's the gay stuff that sends them to the libraries with complaints.
which, and no one seems to point this out, the supreme court has ruled is protected sexual behavior under the constitution. at that point i don't care if you find it icky or contrary to your religion, we should not be censoring legal behavior on political grounds.

I mean, you should have freedom to teach your kids what they want, but yeah you probably meet at least part of the general definition of bigotry. Through Christianity you might believe in the transcendent spiritual nature of morality and even possibly the body. This is not a natural thing to believe in, and you shouldn't force France or other national / international organizations to conform to a pauline-hellenized-moderinzed version of judeo-christian morality.02 -
