Tuohy is indeed a very good "college" athlete. Unfortunately I could see 15:03 and 4:11 being her lifetime bests. Once she leave the structure of the NC State track and begins liking boys, I am not sure she will continue improving. I hope she does but not so sure that she does.
To be "world-class" like the athletes you compare her to the college athlete will have to dope like they do.
Yep, I would say if Tuohy runs faster than 14:50 she is 100% doping.
What if she is already doping? You and Astro claim that every fast runner dopes. There are billions of people in the world of differing levels of talent. It is no more likely that a woman running 14:30 is doping than a woman running 15:03 or 17 minutes. Maybe Tuohy woukd run 16 minutes without doping and the 14:30 woman is clean. We don't know. This is like saying wealthy people commit crimes but poor people don't.

I don't claim "every fast runner" is doping. I have said doping is rife in athletics and will be found at the top of the sport. College level isn't the top of the sport but that doesn't necessarily exclude doping. But to be successful at an international level - to be "world class" - virtually requires it now.
The vaunted Tuohy speed as a 9th grader is on display in this 4x400 video from 2017 Millrose games. Looks like 58.8 with a running start, indoors. Requires Runnerspace or USATF login.

You are an ignorant fool and rojo should have words with you. But he's too cowardly to do so. You're both a bad influence on young athletes.
KT’s, long beautiful strides are also her downfall … as she is incapable of increasing her turnover and speed, by using a shorter stride and increasing her turnover and speed… as most all other distance runners can and do… once she runs low on energy… and can no longer fly…
Time and again, she gets left behind or passed … as she ends up lumbering along… with her monotonous long strides… while others increase their turnover and speed past her…
Awww poor baby. It will be ok. Some day if you work hard you can be faster than a teenage girl too.
