Of course, all his claims of abuse may simply be lies too. As he's lied about everything else are we really supposed to just believe he was tortured with nails through his foot, and all the other abuse he claims?

Maybe he was in care at some point. Maybe he got a slap now and then. But who can confirm the terrible story he writes about his childhood actually happened at all? I suggest it was just a story to flog books.

Might have a sniff around to find this Peter Wells, deputy head teacher dude, he might be able to confirm or deny the wild claims of abuse

Why was Michael Ryan Sphincter in on this scam? Especially now, he must know his job is on the chopping block. Literally what is the incentive to continue lying to his CEO? I don't get it. And "the run was legit" is not a possible explanation. Rob Young was not running 1:56 miles and 1:12 HMs, period.

Having someone spill the beans on this will really help the Facebook crazies see the truth I think. Granted they say "wait for the evidence from the investigation", as if the current data is not enough... But I fear the investigation will only be branded by his followers as biased and not understanding of Rob's "childlike" nature and simple mistakes.

We know from the Twitter spat that Jaimie Fuller "asked" MRS about the attempt. But just asking was apparently not good enough. More of an ultimatum - truth or find another job - seems more appropriate.

That's what I don't get about the length of the investigation either.

It opens up the employee to a quarter of a year of online speculation.

In here we already kind of settled on homoerotic explanations, butt refrained from graphical jokes.

Robbie was telling everyone he was a World Champion back in 2004. He was also involved with charities and raising money at the time.

Skins was not well known prior to this debacle. In outing RY, LRC has inadvertently given Skins more publicity than if RY had not been riding in the RV through Kansas that night. No one in the USA running world cares about a goof ball setting a useless Guinness record.

For instance, without looking at her webpage, can anyone name a major sponsor for the lady who is currently running across the continent?

True, but I don't think Fuller can get away without addressing it. It will either be: he was unaware or cooperated with investigators or whatever and can keep his job; or - given the findings of this investigation and SKINS values we have let him go. If I were Fuller I'd be leaning hard on this guy, not just hiring 2 professors to spend 2 months figuring out if a 1:56 mile is legit...

Michael was aware of everything and is involved in everything.

The only ending for Michael is being thrown under the RV by Jaimie Fuller of SKINS.

We still do not have an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of Michael under the RV.

Michael might want to look at his options.

Maybe the plan was fake it as long as possible to build up some hype and publicity for Skins and RY and then pull out short of the finish. Just trying to get my head around how 2 other guys would be happy to cheat.

This would kind explain the ridiculous disregard for data recording while cheating. Maybe they figured if they abandoned later none of it would be needed. Lets face it with such rubbish data ain't no official records getting set.

Peter John Wells was the deputy head of St Marks School, Harlow ( 5 miles from Cheshunt ). St Marks is a secondary school for 11-18 year olds. However, he become head of St Joseph’s Catholic School in Swindon in 1991. That’s a 2 hour commute from Cheshunt, so I’d presume that he also moved. He’s certainly on the 2002 electoral register in Swindon.

Rob states in his book that he first met Peter when he was almost 12 years old. That would be the summer of 1994. If Rob was in Cheshunt, he could have gone to St Marks, but that wouldn't have been Peter Wells's school. Peter may have given Rob guidance, but I don't think he played such a big part in his life.

Or the timeline in the book is not 100% accurate.

Just send him a Facebook message and ask him this question? RY and Dustbin won't come clean, but Michael might have some incentive to tell the truth. If he waits until the report is out, his career is done.
