It doesn't tell the whole story at all. What was Kavanaugh saying to evoke that reaction? It would be interesting to know.

Also, with 60 votes, NOBODY gets considered.
Not true. The only two would have fallen short on a 60 vote are two conservative members, both at 58.
Neil Gorsuch - approved by a unanimous voice vote.
Elena Kage - approved 61 to 31
Sonia Sotomayor - 68 to 31
Samuel Alito - 58 to 42
John Roberts - 78 to 22
Stephen Breyer - 80 to 10
Ruth Bader Ginsburg - 96 to 3
Clarence Thomas - 58 - 42
also
Anthony Kennedy (retired) - 98 to 0
I predict many of the Democrats who would have voted NO without an investigation will change their vote to YES IF/WHEN the Investigation comes back Clean (Some Democrats will not vote for Kavanaugh no matter what) I say he gets confirmed 73-27
Anyone else want to predict the vote and see who comes closest?

Um, flagpole, I pulled this out of your loooong back and forth (so I am not sure who said what), but is the above your quote?
If so you are wrong, he did not say that
(he said: she witnessed him waiting outside bedrooms where boys were waiting to take "turns" with girls (i.e. gang raping them) and that he probably helped spiked the punch bowl or something like that so he and others could take advantage of girls at parties.
She ALSO says-
"She says she witnessed Kavanaugh "drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking "No" for an answer. "This conduct included the fondling and grabbing girls without their consent," the sworn statement says.
.... she also alleges that Kavanaugh engaged "in abusive and physically aggressive behavior towards girls, including pressing girls against him without their consent, 'grinding' against girls and attempting to remove or shift girls' clothing to expose private body parts."
Her accusations and her character actually seem not reliable at all. She's claiming she was gang raped at a party, and that this was regularly occurring at parties that BK was at, but.....she never reported this to anyone. Oh yeah, she was in college at the time and he was like 15 or 16.
I thought you read these things sooooo closely as you claim??)

Agree that he’ll be confirmed. But, it’ll be razor thin. 51-50 with Mike “God Squad” Pence casting the deciding vote. Terrible for the country but great for the American Taliban that want real freedom by forcing everyone to believe exactly what they believe.
Shes unstable and and unreliable. Reminds us of Ferguson. Hand up...
The FBI is reliable? You guys paying attention?

Accuser kept going to teenage gang rape parties while she was in college... she just learned to avoid drinking the punch. Of course, she Remembers Kavanaugh being at the party, but no one else, including those who supposedly gang raped her. Again, no corroboration from anyone, like friends who might have gone with her. She just kept showing up to these gang bang parties alone. I guess her other friends probably preferred to participate in other activities on the weekend, like chicken-eating Satanic rituals or Alien autopsies.
Who believes this nonsense???
Dr. Ford was perfectly normal for a surfer. “Wow, dude, like should I like a, get a lawyer? Cowabunga, like a how do ya do that?”

What made you think I would be interested in you?
PS. I am a male. Married. She also feels sorry for your wife.

If your wife is in the #metoo movement I feel sorry for you. My wife feels sorry for you either way since you appear to be brainwashed.

Ig, when you try to be funny, it usually (almost always) falls flat. Stick to trying to make serious points.
I usually don't even get what you are trying to be humorous about. So are you saying she came off unintelligent? She seemed meek, and mousy, and a tad over the top with her "I'm so sweet and accommodating and fragile" but reasonably intelligent. BK, OTOH, that guy came off sounding like a complete moron. No, I am being 100% serious. I even was supporting his right to get a vote unless Ford could be corroborated on some level. On some level, I defended the guy against unsubstantiated claims. But....... the way he acted and answered questions?? I am absolutely stunned he is supposed to be SCOTUS material. He came off like some frat boy being accused of a prank gone wrong and that he was about to get kicked out of college or something. Like some 20 y.o. kid without a clue, and no ability to offer a coherent defense. This is a brilliant legal mind? The guy sounded like a buffoon and a clown. Honestly, even if he is found to 100% innocent, I'd vote no just because of that performance. The guy was unhinged and unable to even defend himself. I don't care how angry he was, he sounded drunk (He does love beer after all).
