I wonder what Grimey, the AOL lawyer, is planning for a defense.
Maybe Mike should deny he is Mike yet again.
Maybe Mike could explain that it wasn't Mike who hit his wife, but "Lydia", a jealous personality.
Maybe Mike could blame the episode on chemicals leaking into his brain from his orange hair dye.
Regardless, Mike hasn't hit rock bottom. He is worthy of so much more depth.

He could reasonably blame Barb and Via for not DQing him. Had they only done what they needed to do this story would have gone a different direction.

He already did the denial thing in the face of historical pace time pre and post VIA and denial that there was no pictures of him on the course, denial he stalked or threatened anyone, denial that he trashed the principal, denial that he shared and retweeted the letter to the principal, denial he hit a woman ,denial he was Mike Rossi.....yada, yada, yada....so now its time to blame everyone else...which he did to some extent with his non-apology apology....
