I couldn't find a grand total of breakthrough cases, so I went back through UKHSA vaccine reports at 4-week intervals to the 37th week of 2021 to see how many breakthrough cases they had since mid-August. 5,425,500 breakthrough infections in the past 6-months out of 52,399,031 individuals with at least one vaccination (10.35%). So, the confirmed breakthrough infection rate over the past six months is about triple the confirmed reinfection rate across the entire pandemic. Thus, vaccinated individuals are a greater threat to public health than the previously infected. Even if you just look at the boosted versus the previously infected with respect to omicron over the past month (where 9.9% of the total were estimated to be reinfections), you get about 284,000 of 16,712,000 (1.7%) that had a reinfection versus 1,019,610 of 37,458,017 (2.7%). Natural immunity outperforms vaccinations and boosters. The lack of an exemption for the previously infected when it comes to mandates is ridiculous.

Why in the hell would someone want to risk natural immunity after 5.8 million have already died. You don't know if you will be immune from Covid19 until you get it. I guess that is what the 8K this week thought who died.

Just get fully vaccinated and save your life or someone you love. Again this week over 2K daily have died and 99.9% were not fully vaccinated.

The only reaction I have toward antivaxxers humiliating themselves on the world stage on a daily basis is being entertained, like you would at a clown show. Maybe a small amount of pity too, but it’s tough to empathize with antivaxxers and right wingers, since they’re pretty much all narcissists and promote a death cult

Rejecting a vaccine, especially after many prior vaccinations, for no reason makes you an anti-vaxxer. Not that hard to follow. But you, head-in-the-sand types don't really follow much at all.

You obviously fail to understand that natural immunity is immunity conferred by a previous infection, not an innate immunity that one might have been born with. The argument for natural immunity and the data that supports it is that those who have had a previous infection do not suffer worse outcomes than those who have been vaccinated and should be given the same degree of latitude in how they go about their daily lives as the vaccinated. There is no justification in forcing vaccine mandates on the previous infected who have superior metrics of performance against confirmed future infections than their vaccinated peers.

Your 99.9% stat is not even close to accurate. Almost 82% of deaths in the past 4 weeks in the UK were vaccinated. Even if I were to look at severely flawed data from California all the way back to the start of the pandemic, 15% of the COVID deaths have been among the vaccinated.
