I got Omicron on Dec 31, got sick Jan 2, and was sick for 5 days. The symptoms were sinus drainage, sore throat, low fever, and fatigue. The sore throat and sinus drainage came back after two weeks, albeit less severe, and has been around now for a couple of weeks. I'm having to take a decongestant daily, but I have no other symptoms.

Is this a long covid effect of Omicron? Has anyone else experienced this? If so, when did it go away?

Probably should have gotten the vaccine mate.

Well you can't test positive for covid if you don't get tested. I contracted covid19 from a Japanese escort who was fresh off the plane and working out of an air B and B. I isolated at a hotel for 10 days (which sucked) and I was sick with the flu but nothing more. That was a while ago. Never been vaccinated and never will unless they throw me in jail and inject it into me like the Nazi's they wish they were.

It is amazing that the Surgeon General tells us the FDA "will not cut any corners" when reviewing the safety of "vaccines" for children under age 5.

Dr. Murthy should enlighten us on incidents when the FDA did cut corners.
