Are you saying this is what I should do or what you do for your workout?
Please be clear on this.Because I'm not sure about these numbers it looks like my workout I used to do in 1978: 800m x 6,400m x 12,200m x 24
If that what you mean I should start doing it now in this month of November though December to be in really good shape for spring.
