This just made my day. And I'm tapering, so that's saying a lot.

Not sure where someone was saying that the TomTom, Strava account and something else were deliberately set in different time zones to confuse matters - but I'm fairly sure Strava just does that based on where it thinks you live.

I live in Australia but spend a fair bit of time running in the USA and although Garmin Connect will adjust, when the activities appear in Strava it always reflects the time in Australia when the run took place, e.g. 1am or whatever.

I tried to adjust for this before a trip last year by changing my location on Strava to the USA and all that did was completely confuse the mobile app to the point that it stopped working. The website kept recording things in Australian time I think. So I don't think Team Robbie did that deliberately, they likely wouldn't have the know-how to adjust it even if they wanted to.

If you can do anything with this, that would be awesome.

I've taken one of these, added 1 second intervals to the gpx points, and reuploaded to Strava. It looks like a valid assumption to me that he does have his TomToms configured for 1 second recording.

We'd need to know the start time of each run to fully recreate them.

And it would definitely be moving time only, since there's no info on if the 1 second intervals are continuous - watch could have been paused.

Recording interval is fixed at 1s on the TomTom. You can confirm that in the raw data via the gpx and csv download formats. eg 2h 42 session bike has 9729 data points.

Should be able to see some rough times (Date + morning/night) from the google doc screenshots of joanna's activities. And could reference with RV tracker. Would be cool to recreate that one where there's a 3:44 mile...

Using the un-timestamped gpx downloads from Joanna's account, I found that "week1 - joanna/Night_Run (15).gpx" had 18382 points, which exactly matches this run of 5:06:21.

I then recreated the start time from the open tracker data, and repopulated the gpx with 1 second time intervals. Upload is here:

We should be able to target the others the same way.

Ah, this is actually the one with the 3:34 GAP mile. It's uploaded now as a 'race' so shown in elapsed time rather than moving time. Mile 11 drops to a 6:14 mile, and 3:38 GAP.

Mr Fuller of it should look at the Rossi thread and notice this won't go away.

Anything less than a thorough wiping-the-floor won't cut it.

We should get the cyclists involved, I am sure many are pissed about Mr Fuller there, too.
