But he knows that if he lies in an FBI interview, they may very well come after him. And he also knows that this time, his statements will be scrutinized voraciously. So he will be as open and forthright as possible.

We are going to learn a lot of new details from Mark Judge. I suspect that many of those details will even be exculpatory. But others will be incriminating. It's going to be interesting.

You realize that Mark Judge doesn't have to agree to even get interviewed by the FBI right? He can just say no and be on his way.

I think it's unlikely that they will find much damaging info on Dr. Ford.

More likely, it will further establish that she didn't get involved in this for political purposes.

After all, Dr. Ford wanted the FBI to investigate her allegations. Kavanaugh did not. That says a lot about who has something to hide.

Yes, but he has already signed a letter from his attorney saying that he will cooperate fully. I guess he could change his mind, but that's not likely.

I don't think you realize how this works. Unless he is getting very bad legal advice he is not going actively to put himself in a situation that makes him look bad.

I don't know. But do you think a week is sufficient time to schedule mutual agreeable times for interviews with multiple people and then write a final report?

I don't see too many people saying to the FBI, "Well, I can fit you in a week from Thursday." Nobody wants to make news because they are dodging the FBI.

So it comes down to manpower. If they put enough agents on it, they can interview a lot of people in just a few days.

Having been someone who was interviewed as part of an fbi background check, this is how it works.

You get a call from an FBI agent, he says he is outside your office and asks if this is a good time to talk

Typically, you know this is going to happen since someone asked you to be a reference, so you let them in because you know that person is trying to get a job.

I'm making an audio book of Judge's novel. It reads like a confession under oath. I've got Mike Tyson to read the Art O'Kavanaugh's parts. I figure Trump likes protecting woman abusers from Iron Mike to Glass Jaw Brett so Tyson is perfect for the role.

It may also be political suicide. I feel that if Kavanaugh gets confirmed you will see a massive uptick in women voters over the next 4-8yrs.

I don’t think many people understand how many women have been assaulted or molested and never come forward other than telling family members.

This has been a ticking time bomb ever since the #MeToo movement started. It’s throwing gas on a fire the GOP doesn’t want ignited.
