The Republicans had the chance to participate fully and DECLINED. They did so to try to label the committee as partisan. It is not, and the Republican strategy of CHOOSING to sit this out has blown up in their faces. There ARE Republicans on the committee. Unfortunately for the Trumpsters, those Republicans are committed to getting to the truth.
Further, almost every person who has provided testimony is a Republican. They voted for Trump and some have even said they would do so again. But they are also willing to tell the truth while under oath.
What is lacking is people who would try to hide the truth, obfuscate, and bloviate endlessly. And that is what makes these hearings so incredibly effective.
They despise Trump. How can we have a fair process when only one side is asking the questions and providing the witnesses. The lead guy said Trump was guilty on Day 1 without any testimony. You really think this is about fact-finding or just presenting their narrative. Come on!
That's because only one side of the committee is determined to get to the truth. The other is committed to Trump's lies.

Photographs of ketchup splattered on White House walls don't lie. They are a key part of the undisputed record. No one can deny that Trump threw a plate of finger food at drunken Giuliani. No one has denied it. Not even Matt Gaetz has denied it. He should have consulted a sober lawyer before asking for a pardon. A pardon is an admission or criminality. Asking for a pardon is not hearsay.

No. Not clear as day. To be clear as day, you'd need to provide a link to the "explosive docs" and the "trove of documents" and the "text massages" and the "highly-sensitive DOJ files" that were "leaked" so we can actually read them and see what they say.
It's really not much good if someone, like yourself for example, says they have explosive docs, and then alleges what the explosive docs show, but won't show the explosive docs. We need docs, we need a trove of them, and they better be leaked and explosive!
95% of the persons who testified in the Jan 6 hearings so far are Republicans many of whom voted for Trump, not once but twice. They're testifying to what they saw and heard. There are 2 Republicans on the panel in Cheney and Kinzinger. Republicans had an opportunity for a bipartisan commission but said no.
And to those who said Jan 6 was a normal tourist day there have been multiple convictions against numerous people for crimes committed on that day
Of note 3 Oath Keepers have pleaded guilty to sedition against the United States a very serious crime that carries a 20 year penalty.
So Jan 6 is proving to be a serious, very serious matter, and we are likely just getting started.
