This bit is indeputable support for Rob's innocence. His abilities are directly evidenced by his grit.

Here are some images from FB that I downloaded. Don't know if these include any that were removed from the facebook page currently or not. One is the section through Lebo. The other 3 are from May 31 - June 1 including some fairly unlikely to be legit tracks.

Good point. Yet somebody said way back in this thread that one of the Guinness WR requirements was that the runner be in front of the support vehicle at all times (besides having witnessed log books and 10 minutes of video per day). Maybe Rob had dispensation from this requirement due to the need to run in the shade of the RV. Laz observed him running/walking all over the road. But if you are actually running/walking at night, wouldn't it be safer to be in front of the RV?

Was the

domain registered before Rob's 20p bet and that first marathon? In his book he says thoughts were spinning in his head about how to raise money for his charities after the bet and during the first marathon and afterwards. Seems like the whole idea to become a professional charity runner was hatched prior to the 20p bet.

It's hard to understand unrealistic paces. It's easy to understand a cover up, particularly when it's black and white. I'd love to hand that to skins on a platter.

If anyone has the deleted photos, please send them to me on FB - I'll email Jaimie again. Important that he should be made aware of deleting if that's going on, as the investigators may not be aware of this activity. And of course it sheds suspicion on His Holiness, I mean Rob

Um, scratch that. I just checked and there are 70 TomTom photos. I don't have time to check if some are duplicates but that doesn't gel with there only being 20 now and some having been deleted.

Yes, AFAIK nothing has been deleted from FB.

Yes I think quantifying what is "missing" would be cool. If we make a Strava activity of his entire RV ride, will all the runs show up on fly-by?

I think the "gap" analysis may be unfruitful due to breaks. For example, we know he didn't run unsupported in the desert that day of the RV breakdown, but a simple analysis of: Point X: 8:15AM ----> Point Y (35 miles away): 8:00PM is not going to look suspicious. We only know from a blog photo when he actually got to Point Y, not just when he started again from there.

But in general it would be cool to do those pace histograms for: "RV KML data that does not have accompanying Strava data" and see how that shakes down. Probably pretty fast I'd guess...

I'm not sure how to do this, maybe some of the whizs out there can help. I can try to convert all of Rob's GPX files to CSV, then bring those into the KML spreadsheet - then... step 3: profit? The only thing I can think, is for each KML point, check if its close to a GPS point, and if so, discard it? Seems insane to brute force a check of every GPS point though. Maybe check against points that day? Let me know if someone can do it and I'll supply a CSV file of all the GPS points. I just tried making one and it's got too many rows for Excel, but if split into a couple or few files it may work.

I've noticed a few of Rob's strava activities have been flagged, such as this one:

From the 'What if the Flag feature' on strava support:

NOTE: All flagged activities will be removed from leaderboards until the flag is resolved. Once an activity is flagged, a notification is sent to the owner of the activity, with instructions to resolve the flag or seek further help from Strava Support."

Presumably Rob has been contacted by strava and is in the process of resolving these flagged activities.

My histograms from earlier were wrong I think - the software had a bug when switching between metric/US units.

I was curious for a comparison, and while I'm no Rob Young, I thought I'd use my own data:

This is a couple years worth of run data I think, should include a marathon training cycle or two, triathlon phases, an ultra. I am a mid-17, 36, 1:22, 2:56 PR guy (yes, typical hobby jogger) and this included a variety of long slogs, steady runs, races, tempos, track workouts.

Really looks like Rob Young has another modality of transportation prior to 6/12 that would do me wonders in my training ;) Was thinking I could scrape some pro-runner's Strava and do a comparison to Rob Young, any suggestions?

You just get an email where you can explain yourself to re-instate the activity. If not it just stays flagged.

Bridget Hunt, along with most of the other hosebags supporting Rob the Knob on Facebook and Twitter, is actually Dustbin dressed up in ladies underwear, pecking away furiously at his laptop in a vain effort to stem the rising tide of turds that this entire MarathonManUK project has turned into.

Not as big a fraud as the England Euro 2016 squad, but in the same vein.

Already flagged, the RW poster contacted, and someone now trying to contact the race organisers. Only a few pages back.

There was also the speculation if the RW poster was RY himself.

What is the current activity of that RW poster?

As was said repeatedly earlier in the thread, we don't KNOW what Guineas required for RY, this 'fact' was extrapolated from rules sent to a female runner for some other attempt (possibly not even a TransCon). I'm sure someone said they were contacting Guinness for a copy of what Rob was told, can't remember who. I might email them myself today if I get time.
