One of the supporters is a Mr. Paul Swindles.

I wonder why when British Airways is listed as one of his supporters that he flew Norwegian Air to the start of the transRV across America.

My guess is that most of his sponsorship/supporter claims are vastly inflated.

I doubt he's a 3:07 marathon runner right now, but at the London Marathon in April 2015, the evidence fully supports that time. He can be seen in the video coverage off the Blue start ( despite having a red start number ), he shows each 5km split time in the results, the official photos at 6, 12, 19, 23 and 26 miles ( along with similar paced runners ), and plenty of public photos and videos. Rob runs 136 miles in just over 24 hours.

I'm 20 pages / 3 days behind. No LRC all weekend. Already seen some of the amazing work yall have done.

It looks like my prediction was wrong. I overestimated them. I assumed they would know what believable data looked like, and realize it's a monumental task to fake. But no, they are dumber than I thought, trying to cheat at a sport they don't even understand.

Yep. And I suspect it's the 7 hour, 52 mile day that's the outlier here. Especially when the second half of that was a completely solo run.

Cheating is easy. Cheating whilst going over all the timing mats, being visible at all official photo points, plus plenty of unofficial photos and videos is more tricky. I've already found him on 5 separate unofficial YouTube videos. I really don't think Rob is smart enough to cheat that well.

Just circling back on the ESPN crew research. Do we have any way to know which show/dept/producer etc. was allegedly involved? Anyone able to ask? We are hitting a lot of dead ends, even internally in Bristol, and any nugget like that would be key. Thanks!

I've been working on a timeline of evidence in the lead up to the creation of 'Marathon Man UK'.

Note I'm not focusing on previous running etc here, just the claims made in the book and his other business activities before that.

The infamous first three marathons are listed in chronological order based on the facebook posts and MapMyRun info. The obvious thing that jumps out here is they clearly don't match up to thew timeline in the book (nor the route described).

At the moment it's locked, please give me any suggestions if I missed something.
