1. Criminal trespass
2. Simple assault for a domestic incident (punched a woman, probably his wife)
Do we really want to see this list expanded? Does he need to carry out a more serious threat he has made before he is removed from society to mull over his bad choices?

As I clearly stated, many of you on here probably have worse rap sheets, but you're anonymous. He cheated in a marathon and tried to make a principal look really bad because he didn't like her original email. Basically, he was sticking it to her and posted it for support (yet those who supported him didn't know that he wasn't being completely honest). He allegedly hit a woman???? Let the law handle it. You guys aren't smart enough to realize that he's living his own nightmare everyday and that even those close to him don't believe he ran the full marathon that day (they can do research as well). He's close to being a hobby jogger and there's nothing wrong with that---except that he toted himself as being way better. It's all been rehashed. I stated that whoever claims pictures will be released is lying, and I believe he or she is in fact lying. They haven't released them because WHY? Talk about making up excuses, you guys lie as much as you claim he does. Sure, you've got solid evidence and you've been sitting on it for how long? BS fellas and you're falling for it, not me. By all means, do an IP check, contact the moderators. I'm the same poster yet you guys are the ones who are changing handles trying to push this guy to the edge. If he ever harmed himself, you guys would have major guilt. Stating facts is fine, but involving his wife and kids is too far, aka overboard. He cheated in a marathon. If it's out there and everyone knows it, why continue on? The law will take care of whatever happened at the Concert, it's not in your hands.

I'll re post under the only name I have used here. Thank you ahead of time of defending him and being oblivious to what other people have experienced. I bet he has suffered but so have others. He's alone responsible for his words and actions and the consequences they may bring. When he retracts,admits and apologizes maybe I'll be able to forgive but until then the story goes on........
Maybe I am irrational for living in fear. Maybe the threats via anonymous message board were some stranger. Maybe the direct comments on his social media accounts were the result of his account getting hacked. I live in the real world not in the what if. My children and family are too important to me but I'm really glad an anonymous poster is looking out for Mike. Thank you.
