She should have dotted her I's and crossed her T's and documented the hell out of it to satisfy Guinness. Until then it's not a record.

Then again perhaps he's referring to cheating being "morally wrong".

Don't bother trying out the Camlytics software. I've tested it and it won't work for this scenario. It can't be configured to work on the small fast moving area of the treadmill belt and detect anything. I'm rolling my own custom solution with OpenCV instead.
Wonder if Amy and Dave have thought about an assault on Everest?

Or maybe keep it closer to home and set some kind of record for the Three Peaks Challenge.
Jamie Ramsey's run of 13d 23hrs 40mins seems eminently beatable to an ultra runner of Amy's ability. I've got no idea of the actual distances involved but I just know that with her mental strength and Dave's witnessing abilities she's can do it.

Much of this route is dependent on traffic. You have probably 8 hours driving. Actual peaks are ~4-6 hour hikes. 13 hours is really moving.

He also had a rally driver in a rally spec car driving him. I would guess that's why they have a modern record, impossible on today's roads.
