The BBC Panorama programme I just watched was 30 minutes I will never get back. Basically Farah gave wrong answers to questions about a legal substance and then changed his answer on advice. Not sure what rules are thought to have been broken.

It's a non-story. He was injected with l-carnitine but it was legal. If the injected dose was at a level above the legal limits and it remained active in his body then it would have been detected at the London marathon. It's morally wrong but he broke no rules. It's all academic anyway as no one will beat the kenyans and ethiopians in the marathon.
Rrriiight.
That's why Mo blatantly lied to the board 10 different ways to the same question.
.....And then came back, tail tucked, eating a large crow, before belching out how he actually did do it.
Legally injected??
Yeah right!
Same with admission of not knowing Aden.
"Never met the guy!"
....Then, "oh yeah, I've known him since I got good"
Just ask Mo. He's full of credibility!
BTW....the amount of L- cartinine injected cannot be tested, just it's presence.
Further, this isn't an American made witch hunt trying to bring down UK athletics.
The BBC is purely British.
What I'd like to know is when is NBC or CNN or whatever going to do the equivalent investigation into Galen Rupp or any of the other American runners who made up 90% of NOP?

It is a well established fact that the brits have a state sponsored cheating program. All honest and intelligent people know this. It goes well beyond doorbell mo, bobblehead and wiggins. The entire brit Olympic team has been doped to the gills in a desperate and pathetic attempt to cheat their way to medals. It isn't just the track, cycling and rowing teams of britain that cheat. It is also the swimming, equestrian, badminton, lifting, etc. etc. etc.. They need these medals to get the hoi polloi off the backs of the inbred poofter toffs in charge of the third world shitehole. Diversion, diversion, diversion. And it has worked brilliantly. A bunch of pasty faced nobodies with mangy teeth and a few imported Africans came out of nowhere and cheated their ways to medals for the queen.
even tyson fury is cheating?
If he is in the brit olympic program, then yes, he is a doping cheater. But I admit that I don't know who tyson fury is.

I hope that this happens really soon and that rupp, centro, rowbury, hasay and the rest go to prison right along with mo, paula and froome.

I see that the brit tyson fury has already been charged with doping violations.
"The Klitschko rematch did not materialise as Fury suffered from mental health issues leading to alcoholism, extreme weight gain, and recreational drug use; he was charged with anti-doping violations."
"Nothing to see here", huh eurodonkey??
From Nike:
It “will be interesting to determine the minimal amount of topical male hormone required to create a positive test,” Nike CEO Mark Parker wrote to Brown in an email exchange about an experiment Salazar was conducting on his sons with testosterone gel.
AlSal to Lance Armstrong on the effects of injecting L-cartinine versus taking it orally:
"Lance, call me asap!” Salazar wrote to the world’s most famous cyclist, who himself was only months away from being banned for life for doping. “We have tested it, and it’s amazing.”
Please, spare us with the "it's not EPO doping like the Kenyans and Ethiopians plus thyroid meds and L-cartinine are legal" argument.
Microdosing testosterone, injecting L-cartinine @ 1000x the allowance and getting bogus Thyroid prescriptions and taking them all under the guidance of the corrupters at Nike IS doping.

Not quite. There's no way to determine whether or not he received more than the allowed 50 ml injection; but facts are:
a) he lied about it;
b) the doc lost the paperwork.
All the rest is unproven hearsay.
Mo Farah started his transmutation in 2011 when he started to train with Salazar. I think these two events are clearly connected, especially since that Salazar has been banned for doping violations.
Mo Farah is protected like Armonstrong was. But Salazar was like Johan Bruyneel for him. He was a key player in the Mo Farah doping project.

There are many examples of famous US track athletes and cyclists being outed or taken down by US media/antidoping agencies.
1) Marion Jones
2) Lance Armstrong
3) Carl Lewis
4) Flo Jo etc.
Rupp and other NOP members don't register in the public eye in the US. They are essentially unknown, so there would be no reason for a media source or the USADA to spend a lot of resources going after them. Your point is off base.

Ugh you guys are so annoying....let me break it down to you AGAIN.
L-carnatine injections was to MAXIMIZE the the effects of hgh and igf1-lr3, the thyroid meds were to keep the thyroid functioning properly, because taking hgh and igf1-lr3 stops your thyroid from working properly.
All you morans who still think al sal would GO through all that trouble for just l-carnatine are f*cking idiots. He had doc brown and the nike labs figuring out HOW to maximize the effects of microdosing....Mo was a GREAT responder to the scientific approach to doping. Rosa and renato are a fee yrs behind or are they?
Makes one wonder whether a lot of purposeful smokescreen was put in place to cover up some much bigger stuff going on.

You seem to know an awful lot about doping. Why is that?
Mo ran 12:53 under advice from Canova before Salazar. However, he only began winning championships with Salazar in 2011 and became virtually unbeatable through 2017, well into his thirties, with him. This most recent news should convince you if you didn't already know that you cannot believe anything Mo Farah says. He lied repeatedly about his relation and time with Jama Aden, who was found with large amounts of doping products by Spanish police. Maybe in 2040, the Spanish courts will be ready to go forward to trial with the case. He lied under oath about the injections with Salazar until told it was okay to tell. What else is Mr. Doorbell concealing?

Which is exactly why I haven't read the article or watched the programme. Wake me up when we've moved beyond a LEGAL substance.

WHy wouldn't he be? IS there any reason to believe that he isn't? Probably not. Be stronger than your hatred and anger that you have towards him.

The american public could care less about distance running.
