Perhaps someone at the USATF does not understand how Houston uses corrals as waves and not traditional corrals.
Surely someone who ran an OTQ from Wave 2 in Boston would be granted a slot at the Trials.

If you are in corral B, can you start as soon as the last runners in corral A cross the start line? Or are you held back until a certain time and then someone tells you to go?
