Nothing crazy this week, just starting to get a little volume back in the legs. Ended up just a bit under 50 thanks to missing Saturday but I should be back up over 65 this week and then I'll start workouts next week. It feels like I'm going a long time without any true quality work but I should be better for it in the long run.
M - 8 miles, 5:56 avg.
T - 8+ miles, 6:25 avg.
W - 5 miles, 6:08 avg.
T - 8 miles, 6:09 avg.

S - 13 miles, 6:03 avg.
Stone - Not a bad week, seems like an interesting workout structure for the 400s given you're in a marathon build. I would've assumed those would have jogging recoveries to help keep the volume up as well as work on 'recovering' at MP?
Slo - Dang, really nice 3 workout week. Seems like you've got that goal MP locked down on those long run workouts.
GT - Despite 'flaming out' it looks like the fitness is coming along. That's a solid 3x 2 mile workout to close the week.
RRR - Nice week overall and a couple solid workouts. Going to need to get that long run up a bit to be really ready for a half, but so does GT and you both still have some time.
JQ - Really solid week. Those are a couple of my favorite fartlek workouts and you crushed them.
TL - Good work getting the volume in while feeling under the weather. As long as you can do that you should come out the other side in good enough shape.
AJ - You're more than fit enough. That's a really solid 8 mile stretch at ~MP on Tuesday.
OR - That hammy is bordering on chronic at this point... You're better off feeling healthy at Richmond and missing a few workouts/runs along the way than missing no workouts/runs but being at 75%.
Smoove - Nice to see you pop up on the strava feed again. Keep on keeping on.
RGM - Nice 7 day volume Saturday to Friday there. Looks like you're setting up well for Chicago.
CM - You've been putting nice consistent work in. Even with the workouts being a touch slower than they've historically been that consistency will put you in a good spot.
Sub 6:00 - Those are a few impressive streaks. Bummer about the knee but hopefully it's nothing too major. Even with the downhills those were a few really solid performances Saturday.
GNR1 - Those are a couple of really good workouts. I think you'll run something very quick in that 10 miler.
Cocoon - Nice week, I like the structure of the Wednesday workout.
