This may be a sign of the end times. A lifelong Republican and Bush appointee as FBI director is selected by Rod Rosenstein (another W appointee and lifelong Republican) to investigate the President and his associates as special counsel. Then, a twenty year old ex-hedge fund "prodigy" (was banned by NFA for life for fraud and owes AZ $38k in fines for defrauding investors) comes along and tweets that a big scandal about Mueller is about to drop. It then turns out that Wohl is the source of the allegations via a fake PI firm he set up using his mom's phone number as the contact number (linkdin profiles for the company included pics of actor Christopher Waltz). The story makes it to Gateway Pundit. When Gateway Pundit figures out that this is BS they pull the story and announce an investigation. Wohl and his buddy Burkman hold a press conference to show the world the accuser. The accuser does not show. Wohl claims she fled because she feared for her life.
So, a Republican investigating a Republican is accused of sexual misconduct by a bunch of Republican conspiracy theorists who are currently claiming that the alleged victim cannot come forward because of death threats. Basically, alt right guys are playing the me too card against a Republican they do not like and vaguely claim that they cannot produce evidence because of an ostensibly left connected plot to harm the accuser.
