Hey, do what you have to do. I feel like popping caffeine pills for performance enhancement is sketchy compared to having a cup of coffee.
It's like that guy I used to compete with in the altitude tent every night in hos house as opposed to the guy who lives at elevation. You might not see a difference in behavior but I do

Coffee is the devil’s drink, people! Quit like I did and get reacquainted with restful sleep, slower resting Heart rate, and best of all, chilling the f out!
I like caffeine is small dosages. I was never a coffee drinker. I like run gum because there's no added liquid sloshing around in my stomach. I'll only chew 2-4 pieces a week (equivalent of 2 cups of coffee). 1-2 pieces for a workout, 1-2 pieces for a long run. I take 2 on raceday mornings and it has me super amped/alert because I don't use it daily.
