Most people affected here are minorities as that's what most big cities are made off.
Houston has many levies and are having to release them right now cause the water is too high. My house itself might get flooded cause of the water released from the levy today.
Any place on earth that has a hurricane sit on top of you for a week will get destroyed!!! This has never and probably will never happen again.
