Training for Cbus again this fall and researching LSD.
I ran an average of 45-50 mpw in 2019 (before the scamdemic hit us in 2020), with a high of 61. Ran 3:24. Did one track day (usually 3x1600 or 4x1600, plus various Yasso 800s, and the occasional 20x400), the Saturday long run, and EZ running in the meantime, including doubles (2-3 in the morning, and 5-6 in the afternoon). Did 3 20-milers and 1 21-miler.
I'm hoping if I bump my mileage to 70-80, using more doubles (3-4 in the morning, longer mileage in the afternoon), but by having more EZ mileage, my performance will improve.
i.e. running 9-9:30 for EZ instead of 8:30-9 for EZ, but going harder on workouts.
