I've been around for decades and this type of progression and the acceleration she's showing... I really hope she's clean and setting a good example but how has this happened?

I'd ignore distances above 1500 as that is her "hitting zone" & she runs 2k/3k/5k/10k off 1500 training meaning she can never hope to run those times off her "1500 training" no matter how much/good

( the 2k - 10k times require her endurance to "last" "perfectly" to all those of off 1500 training

the 10k estimate may explain it best

I doubt she coud run better than 31'00 - 31'30 currently off 1500 training, so apply same logic to undermine 5k/3k/2k estimates )

she certainly right now coud run 3'52+ in a "perfect" outdoor 1500, but that isn't saying much as kipyegon was definitely in as quick a shape in rio & genze in her 3'50-flat-wr wouda been 3'48-flat/low in "perfect" race

the pasty-face can win 1500 gold in london unless kipyegon turn up in rio shape but the 5k is stoopid ask even with tired ayana after maybe a 29'30 - 29'45 in her legs as there will still be numerous africans capable of 14'20 - 14'25 that day & the gals don't seem to have been turning up in majors as have been by mo, already

1) She doesn't avoid Diamond League/Championships meets where there is always testing like so many Eastern Europeans.

4) She was very good at a young age and is the age you should be improving. She's 23 now. In 2013, she was primarily an 800 runner and ran 2:00.80 (and 4:07). In 2014, she moved to the 1500 and ran 4:00. In 2015,, she ran 3:58. In 2016, she ran 3:55.
If I told you there was a DIII male collegian who moved was moving up from the 800 and ran the following times for the 1500 during his collegiate career, you wouldn't be shocked at all.

2) Asafa Powell loses high profile races, man he is really clean. Paula Radcliffe?
3) Guerrouj only raced 11-12 races in a season, if you count heats, semis, & finals in 2 events and a couple of indoor races.
4) I may be old but even I could give 2-flat for 800m a nudge right now but there is no way I could do 3:55 and I do an hour solid most days.

Muir split 2:00.5 in an indoor 1000m. Pretty sure she could run 1:56-58 outdoors, you make no sense.
