You should read this whole thread and realize what is out there in the world. Find a good girl with a good heart cherish her and stick with her.

When the OP said his wife said she just watched - that meant she watched the trainer and other woman ?? What are the odds she just watched?!! Seems unlikely that was it. She just watched??? No kissing no touching no nothing? No way.

OP - I had the same thought as the poster above. What does it mean that she "just watched"? Even if she just watched the act without participating that's messed up. My advice would be to have an honest conversation with your wife. Ask her why this is so exciting and what is missing in your marriage. Figure out what kind of boundaries you want and explain them to her. If she refuses, or you find out she lied and got physical with the trainer, you should seriously consider leaving her. Personally, I wouldn't let an emotional attachment to another guy ruin my marriage. You never thought romantically about someone else during your marriage? Married life can be boring and maybe this whole "affair" is just a means for your wife to add some excitement. Maybe by talking to her you can find a way to fill that void and spice things up. Or maybe not. But try to be strong. Express your feelings clearly and tell your wife what you want out of your marriage and what you're willing to do to make it better. Set boundaries of what you think is acceptable and forgive where you can. You can be upset but don't let her get the upperhand emotionally and take advantage of you. Consider therapy or leaving her if she is unwilling to work with you. Hang in there.
