I watched again and IMO she was only able to push Muir back with her arm because she had already passed her in the first place. She won fair and square and the push was part of her natural lean at the tape. A DQ for that would be super pansy.
Rowbury's form in the final straightaway is amazing. Relaxed and powerful. She looks like a sprinter.

You don't know what in the hell you're talking about fool! Rowbury leans over into Muir clearly before the line - maybe not enough to get disqualified but clearly a bull$hit move to win the race - Look at Muir's face, you can tell she's been banged before the line and is pissed off!
I once had a guy do this to me back in the day twice in the middle of a two mile and everyone saw it, so I waited to the last lap and in front of everyone watching at the line swung way out purposely into lane 5 to go around him - Like 'Landy' he was looking to the inside and didn't see me pass around the outside and I had him by 10 on the backstretch and held it to the line and gave a double arm raised 'Fu$#k You' sign at the end - ran a 9:08 PB Everybody was high - 5'ing me at the finish and laughing calling the guy a total scum F'er!
Rowbury's good, I like her efforts - (a 3:57 is absolutely awesome) and how she handles herself but this was well beneath her normally high standards of sportsmanship and she should apologize for grabbing for the money by twacking people out of the way! Cheap Chicken $hit win in my opinion!

Totally agreed on this, watch them come off the turn where Muir initially makes her move, gritting teeth with the effort. Shannon completely relaxed and expressionless, waiting for her moment. Almost Rexing-like, was she in trainers ;) ?

That's called an arm bar.
If you admit that she pushed her back with her then you are saying that she fouled her.
I am a Rowbury fan, by the way and was excited when I heard she won.
I do think she fouled her.
DQs are very rarely called in Diamond League races.
You really only see DQs in Championships.

Obviously Muir caused Rowbury to fall by not moving her chest out of the way of Rowbury's flailing arm. She tried but made contract with Rowbury anyway.

Not when the contact is incidental to your normal lean at the tape. I stated she had passed her just to demonstrate that she didn't need the push to win. There was no way she wasn't going to win passing her at the last split second like that.
