Also as a fellow Mormon I have decided for myself that I won't compete or run on Sunday's because for me I believe the best way I can focus on the sabbath is by not distracting myself with other things. Also the benefit of always having one day of rest a week for aching muscles and joints has been very beneficial.

Couldn't you take that day on Monday just once though? If half the reason you take the day off is aching muscles and joints, wouldn't monday be just as good if there is a conference final Sunday? It may not be church, but you could worship privately on Monday as well, no?

Do you boycott all good and services that are created using Sunday labor? Or is it okay for you to benefit from the work that other people do on the sabbath?

You can read LDS teachings for yourself if you're really interested. Type "sabbath day lds general conference" into google and you'll find plenty of instruction directly from Mormon leaders.

I agree with you. Or practices. It started to bother me at Cornell that we often hold long runs on Sunday morning. We even would come back from meets on Easter. Most of the kids didn't go to church but it's an imposition to just assume those that do don't want to go and would rather run long first thing Sunday morning.
