Never been to Colorado, eh? When they held XC nationals in Boulder it was likely the biggest fan turnout ever, and the after parties were amazing.

The point of my post is that if you are a distance running fan how could you disparage whatever ingredients have brought together the fan base of Eugene and Portland? You could add Boulder to that equation.

Portland, Maine is overrun by homeless, too. The liberal city's shelter is full (after the city agreed to take in illegals from the border) and the mayor wants another one, but..surprise..none of the residents want one in their neighborhood.

Curiously, the state just reported an unemployment rate below 3% for the third consecutive month, a record..that's a full employment economy.
