My guess is 10:20
In high-school 4:23 and barely broke 10 on the only try.....I remember it was awful.
18 years later 1 month after a solid marathon
.. ran and indoor college meet in 4:29 for 1500M (4:50?) and ran a 2 mile the next night in 9:59. This was on a wood track at 5000ft....
But back to back days so an honest test of fitness....
I remember a kid in High School that ran barely 4:30 but could knock out LOW 9...He was an XC beast..... He ended up at Iowa State and was a solid runner....Literally he would run only a few seconds slower per mile for the 2..... His 800M was barely 2:10.... It was like he had one speed...
Similar to how I feel now....
This has been my experience add 20 sec and double so 10:40. except my daughter went 4:52 and 10:20 but she is an aerobic monster
4:56, and 10:37 for me this past season, but neither were what I could've done
8:45.95c
(I know for a fact Mikey Brannigan can run a mile in 5 min.)
Sorry. heh...
Buddy that doesn't make sense, Math wiz lowk right

i ran 5 flat in 8th grade, now in my freshman year, I run the 2 mile for first time, and going for 10;40
When I was a junior in HS, my 1600 PR was 4:57 and my 3200 PR was 10:11
