i already talked about the 2mi time trial so go back if you wanna hear about it. ran 9:33.9 in a negative split.
the next day i paced 3x400 plus a 200 for a friend also doing his time trial. 70 sec lap pace, bad idea. ruined my legs all week
friday i felt pretty tired going into the workout. ran 5:12/5:10/5:04/4:58 and skipped the 5th, but added a 2k in 6:30s pacing somebody's time trial yet again. so many time trials!
next race is next sunday, 10k xc race. goal is to run about 33 flat, but mainly to be competitive and as close as possible to my teammates that ran 25 flat when i ran 25:39. maybe the extra 2k will help me, but its not that hard of a course so i think i should still get beat. ran 34 flat last year in a mediocre race
