In my 46 years I have never heard of a single person have a doctor or lab say that a test was screwed up and it had to be retested. Not once.
However, seemingly 90% of PED positive tests are somehow screwed up per the "guilty" party.

What's messed up is not the fact that they do it, but that they have to do it. The human nature of MANY is to cheat and precautions, no matter how messed up, are in place because of that.
What's also messed up is that MANY PED cheaters don't see it as cheating. They would never think of cutting across the infield of a track meet to shorten the distance because that is cheating. However, PED's in their mind is different.
Cheating is cheating and it is a shame that the governing bodies have to witness a sample being given.
Oh yea, there is one more level of cheating. The governing body sweeping positive tests under the rug of some of the star athletes. They will look at an underage kid urinating, then turn their head to allow cheating of another.
It is becoming a tough sport to back at those levels.
